Return policy - Premium branded products
15 days return eligible, and the product should be in resellable condition. See the product page for return eligibility for each product.
If the product delivered is found to be damaged on delivery or if there is a product quality issue, we will send you a refund and send you a return label to conveniently ship it back. All we ask you is to upload a photo at our return center to help expedite the return approval and help us improve our services.

If the product delivered is found to be damaged on delivery or if there is a product quality issue, we will send you a refund and send you a return label to conveniently ship it back. All we ask you is to upload a photo at our return center to help expedite the return approval and help us improve our services.
However, for some products, it may not make sense to process and handle logistics for a return to save time and save additional carbon footprint on the planet. So, we suggest you to donate the product at your convenience.

How do I return?
Option 1
- Please visit our returns center to initiate your return.
- Enter your order number and email address to start the return process.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return among all the orders listed.
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with the return shipping instructions
The delivery was late than it was estimated on the product page, what are my options?
99% of our products arrive within the estimated delivery date mentioned (between 1 to 3 weeks) on the product page but some long-distance shipments coming from supplier warehouses in China, India, or Vietnam may take a little longer due to extended US custom clearance.
We will inform you about the progress of your package periodically via using email and SMS (optional)
But if you do not like the product after you receive delivery, you can return and receive a full refund within the return window for that product.
Which products are non-returnable?
The following items can not be refunded or returned if we have delivered the correct product as per your order and there was no defect found in the product on delivery.
- Gift cards.
- Health products
- Any product that specifies non-refundable and non-exchangeable on the product description page, below the product price display.
- All personal sanitation and hygiene products.
- Any product that says "Final Sale".

How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund request within 3 days after receiving the returned product. PayPal returns are almost immediate.
If approved, the refund request will be processed immediately and a refund will be issued back to your original payment method. It may take up to 5 to 7 business days to reflect the refund based on your bank's processing time.
For international orders outside the USA, a refund may take up to 21 days to reflect depending on your financial institution, however, for all US customers, the refunds should be back to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
How do I receive a refund?
All refunds will be sent back to the original payment method which was used at the time of purchase.
What if my original payment method is not valid more?
We will send you a store credit for an amount equal to your order including any taxes or shipping paid during checkout for that order.
